The genesis of our company goes back 10+ years when a team of 6-8 Senior IT and Business professionals came together to solve the Operational, Contractual and Financial challenges associated with managing their ITO firms largest global outsourcing contract valued at over $100M per year. 


Through the application of sophisticated changes to the support model, IT staff, inventory and automation, this team was able to completely turn the account around within a 12 month period.    Those changes improved delivery and customer satisfaction enough to earn multiple extensions  (sole source and competitive) while making this the "gold-standard" for the firm.   This team has gotten back together and is delivering that excellence to our clients.

Over the last 2 years, this team has accomplished the following and more:


  • Partnered with client on a large scale IT Transformation program addressing their Operating and Outsourcing model resulting in $10M annual savings 
  • Led contract restructuring effort for an ITO agreement resulting in $15M+ per year in cost reduction and a revamping of the Information Technology Operating Model
  • Negotiated a Bentley Software renewal saving $2M annually
  • Reduced the proposed Autodesk Enterprise renewal by $4M 
  • Renewed a $20M ITO  Mainframe / Midrange agreement for a Fortune 500 company reducing costs and improving SLA's in 3 months
  • Redesigned the Human Resources Operating Model and Transforming the underlying support infrastructure for a 60,000 employee, international company.
  • Renewed a $9M ITO full-scope agreement for a major international firm with fee's under $75,000
  • Defined and executing on an IT Transformation Program to right-size the organization and working to evolve the CLIENT - PROVIDER engagement model
  • Successfully designed, transformed and completed an "in-sourcing" of all IT Procurement from a Top 3 provider back in house savings $3-5M annually.
  • Redesigned and contracted new IT Equipment leasing model for $30M annual spend resulting in improved corporate cash flow. 
  • Identified, designed and executed upon a strategy to Terminate a failing Tower on a. major ITO agreement resulting in the ability to in-source $20M in fee's with zero Termination Fee's
  • Led negotiations and contracting for a $800M plus Generation One (1) ITO Agreement
